ABB is a global leader in electrification, automation, and robotics, operating in over 100 countries and focused on improving efficiency for industrial and energy clients.

They engaged us to redesign Terminal Insight, a mobile app that digitizes freight processes with full traceability.

We began with user research to understand their needs, context, and goals. Through workshops and interviews, we identified key features and, together with ABB, assessed the technical implications to define the roadmap and the MVP.

With the MVP defined, we moved on to designing user flows, wireframes, and the final UI. We also collaborated during the development phase, conducting usability testing to ensure a high-quality product.
